Elżbieta Jabłońska is a multidisciplinary expert, entrepreneur, and Master Certified Coach specializing in leadership, mental health, healthy longevity, and systems-oriented development. For three decades, she has worked globally at the intersection of governance, strategy, innovation, and the human dimensions of transformation, advising Fortune 100 leaders and organizations across sectors. Engaged with Bhutan since 2008, her work draws deeply on Gross National Happiness. As a Pelsung Board Advisor, she brings a holistic, cross-cultural perspective on values-based leadership, human flourishing, youth development, and the creation of resilient systems and communities, while exploring how the exposome and the design of new cities shape wellbeing and healthy longevity.

Dalston Elijah Pung is the President of Gedu College of Business Studies at the Royal University of Bhutan and a recognized leader in entrepreneurship and innovation. He was named one of Asia’s Best Business Leaders by TradeFlock. He brings extensive experience as a startup founder, angel investor, and consultant focused on building tech ecosystems. As a Pelsung Board Advisor, he supports the development of capable leaders ready to tackle national challenges and build a prosperous future.

Ian Monroe is President and Chief Investment Officer of Etho Capital, a leading climate solutions investment firm. A Stanford lecturer, Echoing Green Climate Fellow, and co-author of Solving Climate Change, he has over two decades of experience scaling sustainability across policy, technology, and finance globally. As a Pelsung Board Advisor, he brings invaluable expertise in impact investing and climate innovation to empower Bhutanese youth and support transformative, sustainable national development.

Thinley Jamtsho Tshering is an architect specializing in heritage conservation and vernacular architecture. As Project Administrator for Maritime Asia Heritage Survey (Thailand) with a Master’s from Silpakorn University, he employs cutting-edge technologies like 3D scanning and sGIS alongside traditional methods to document and preserve cultural treasures. As a Pelsung Board Advisor, he brings invaluable insights into cultural preservation, sustainable design, and creative innovation.

Younten D. Jamtsho is Director of Ecosystem Development and Coordination at the Fourth Sector Group, where he works at the intersection of institutions, ideas, and impact to build meaningful, lasting connections across sectors. As part of the founding team at Pelsung, he lead partnerships and operations, helping shape the organization from the ground up. His work is driven by a deep interest in systemic change design and ecosystem development building the conditions for institutions and communities to grow, adapt, and thrive together.

Namgyal T Gyaltshen currently works with the InnoTech Department at Druk Holding & Investments where her work focuses on capacity building, innovation ecosystems, program design and strategic partnerships to leverage technology for societal impact. She is particularly interested in how education and design can create inclusive spaces to enable broader participation in innovation and technology. She was part of the founding team at Pelsung, where she contributed to building the organization from the ground up.
