About the Role

Pelsung is seeking a full-time Executive Director to lead the institution's next phase of growth and impact. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of youth innovation in Bhutan and the Gelephu Mindfulness City ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Pelsung's strategic vision and organizational roadmap
• Lead program design, curriculum development, and delivery excellence
• Build and manage partnerships with government, corporate, and academic institutions
• Oversee fund development and ensure financial sustainability
• Build a high-performing team and foster organizational culture
• Drive impact measurement and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of leadership experience in education, non-profit, or social enterprise sectors
• Proven track record of building and scaling organizations from ground up
• Strong fundraising and stakeholder management experience
• Deep understanding of Bhutan's development priorities and GMC vision
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
